Micropigmentation Beauty Certifications Express Highlights
What is it?
Scalp micropigmentation is the absolute ultimate hair loss solution. Celebrities have known for years. It's instant, non-surgical, permanent instant hair loss solution.
Scalp micropigmentation is a revolution sweeping the US. It is the fastest growing solution for male hair loss in the world.
Simply put, scalp micropigmentation is the process of placing tiny deposits of pigment which simulate hair follicles within the upper dermis of the skin.
Scalp Micropigmentation will work well for:
All ethnic backgrounds
All hair & skin types
All hair & skin colors
All stages of hair-loss.
Never look bald again.
Alopecia areata, alopecia totalis or universalis, or traction alopecia.
Although this is not a cure, the symptoms become invisible so less of an issue.
Conceal scars acquired following hair transplant surge; linear strip scars,
FUE scars & historic plug scars in both the donor & recipient areas.
Scalp Micropigmentation can give you the look of a full head of low cut (cropped/shaved) well-groomed hair.
Scalp Micropigmentation can fill in thinning areas instantly.
Scalp Micropigmentation can camoflage scars and renew hairlines in as little as 1 day.
We apply natural surgical grade pigments into the epidermis (top layer of skin) that perfectly replicates real hair follicles.
Recognizing that your hair follicles grow in different directions, patterns and shades we offer exclusive customization or YOUR hair.
Depending on the size of the area, density desired and customization required our services
normally take 2-3 sessions, each lasting only 4-6 hours.
Please allow at least 14-21 days in between sessions for optimal healing.
This schedule allows for a gradual rejuvenation.
Taking this type of approach makes your transformation subtle, seamless & almost identifiable.
Q: What is the difference between Scalp Micropigmentation and a regular head tattoo?
A: Although some people may label Scalp Micropigmentation as a hair tattoo, it’s actually quite different.
Firstly, and perhaps most importantly, is the depth and size of the needles used is very different.
Our organic pigments are not ink and do not contain heavy metals.
So our clients are free to have MRI testing if needed without concern.
We embedded into the dermis which is the second layer of the skin. Results may vary. Tattoos go much deeper. Our single-use needles are much smaller than those currently used for tattoos
.
Q: Can Scalp Micropigmentation disguise scars?
A: Absolutely. Scar camouflage is available.
Q: What is the cost of this treatment?
A: Prices can vary, but generally speaking from $800 for a scar cover-up,
$1500 for hair line restoration, $1500 for crown restoration
$4000 for horseshoe restoration & up to $8,500 for full head treatment.
The majority of our customers have a horseshoe pattern and require a hairline, top, sides and blending.
All treatments are priced individually based on the exact requirements of each client.
Q: How long will the treatment take?
A: Treatments will take roughly 3-5 hours for the first session, then around 4-6 hours for the second session.
12 month free touch-ups for hairline alteration or fading.
Touch-ups are $250 after the first 12 months.
Q: What are the sizes of the needles which are used, and what is the pain level felt?
A: The needles that are used are sizes 1 thru 5. These replicate "the look of" actual follicles that look the same as natural hair follicles.
When you look closely at the results it is impossible to tell the difference between simulated follicles and natural hair follicles.
What's the level of pain?
Clients rate the pain level at 2 out of 10.
Both women and men who have scarring may have a little more discomfort due to sensitivity of the area.
There is a specialized numbing gel that may be applied upon request. Results may vary.
Q: Can you explain what actually happens to the scalp?
A: The follicle shaped needle implants go directly into the epidermis, not reaching the dermis.
Q: Can you explain precisely how the pigment is injected?
A: The pigment is deposited using a specialized digital machine.
We are able to implant a small follicle shaped deposit that will not alter in size due to the fact that it is in the epidermis.
The Appearance
Q: Will people be able to tell I have had this treatment done?
A: The look we provide is unbelievably realistic. Our procedure has the age-renewing aesthetics to make someone who is balding
look younger and improve their overall appearance.
Q: Will this work on light-skinned people with blonde or light brown hair?
A: Absolutely. We custom blend colors precisely to match individual hair color, whether grey, blonde, brown, red or black.
Q: How will I look immediately after the procedure?
A: Following the treatment, there is a bit of redness for the first 10-24 hours, depending on your skin type, sensitivity or lifestyle.
The pigment’s initial color will appear darker than the “final” result, but don’t worry, getting to your true color will require healing time of up to 10-14 days. There is potential for fading on the first procedure. Results may vary.
Q: Will the pigment used change colors or fade at all?
A: We use a specially formulated organic pigment created for micropigmentation — it is not tattoo ink.
As a result, there is no risk of the color turning blue or green.
Q: Does the end result look like a regular tattoo?
Our technique and equipment are specifically engineered to create an incredibly natural looking result natural even up close.
The results are subtle but effective. Never look bald again, ever!
